Ambulant disabled supporters can be seated in any stand, subject to availability and individual access requirements.

To qualify for the concession, we do need to see proof of the highest rate of Disability Living Allowance (DLA) or PIP. A companion seat, if required, is free of charge.

These tickets are only available directly from the ticket office or over the phone, as any special requests can be arranged at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, these tickets are not available online.

Away ambulant disabled supporters

The away supporters are seated in the Arkell's Stand. Access is available for away ambulant disabled supporters, but permission is required beforehand for entrance through our disabled access gate before entering.

There is a unisex toilet at ground level, just behind our away supporters seating in the Arkell's Stand, however, catering facilities are available in the concourse of the Arkell's Stand.

Away ambulant disabled users should contact the club's DLO Caroline Lane by emailing reception@swindontownfc.co.uk or calling 0330 002 1879 prior to the match to discuss any specific needs they may have.

Wheelchair Spaces

Wheelchair spaces and companion seating are available in the Alan McLoughlin Town End, John Trollope Arkell's Stand and the Don Rogers Nationwide Stand.

Away wheelchair users
Wheelchair spaces remain the same, in front of the away supporters in the Arkell's stand to ensure all visiting fans are kept together when visiting the County Ground.

Accessible Toilets
The County Ground has eight accessible toilets, with seven designated for home supporters located across the John Trollope Arkell's Stand and the Don Rogers Nationwide Stand. There is also one designated for away supporters located just behind the away disabled supporters seating in the Arkell's Stand. There is also a baby 'changing places' toilet located in the Legends Lounge and the Boardroom and the Robins Suite.

All accessible toilets must be unlocked with a radar key – Please contact the DLO or a Steward if you do not have a Radar key with you.

Accessible Refreshment Kiosks
There is an accessible catering outlet in the Disabled Lounge in the Don Rogers Nationwide Stand, with a low-serving kiosk which is accessible for all, provided our disabled supporters can use the facility too. There is also an accessible refreshment kiosk available in the Alan McLoughlin Town, adjacent to the John Trollope Arkell's Stand and in our Don Rogers Nationwide Stand.

Autism Sensory Packs
The free-of-charge sensory packs include a lanyard, fidget spinner, ear defenders, pop-it tray and a stress ball, all housed in a handy drawstring bag, so they can be brought to each game with ease. If any of you with existing packs have any damaged items, we have some free replacements available at Reception.

For those who require a pack, we require proof of a Disability Living Allowance (DLA), Personal Independence Allowance (PIP) letter or a Blue Badge. Please contact Caroline Lane at reception@swindontownfc.co.uk in advance of the fixture. On a matchday call in at the main Reception and ask for Caroline to obtain a pack.

Assistance Dogs
If you have an assistance dog, please contact reception@swindontownfc.co.uk to discuss your requirements in advance. There is a rest point inside the stadium. However, we will accommodate individual needs upon request.

Club Shop
The club shop is located on the corner of the Town End and on the end of the Don Rogers stand. It is on the ground floor and accessible by wheelchair users. Assistance is provided on request to a member of staff and there is a low-serving counter available to those who require it.

Programmes & Other Printed Material
Some information is downloadable from the club website in PDF. The matchday programme is also available in PDF form at a cost of £2.50. Other documents and brochures produced by the club may be available in PDF on request. Please contact james@swindontownfc.co.uk for more information.

Stadium Tours
County Ground is an old stadium and the stadium tour involves negotiating a number of staircases, so is unsuitable for people with limited mobility or who are in wheelchairs. An alternative tour on ground level can sometimes be arranged on request, (not on a matchday). Please email reception@swindontownfc.co.uk for more details.

Quiet Weekday Walkabout Sessions
The Club offer quiet walkabout sessions where we invite anybody with sensory issues or Anxiety conditions into the stadium when it is closed to the public. This is an opportunity to get to know the stadium and learn more about what to expect when visiting the stadium in readiness for the game. An alternative tour on ground level can be arranged on request, (not on a matchday).

Away Travel
The club's designated away travel provider is SAS Travel. If you are a wheelchair user who wishes to travel to an away fixture, please contact the operator by calling its booking hotline: 07535 917872. SAS are also available through their Twitter page (@SAS_Travel) and more information is available here.

Hospitality & Lounges
Please note all lounges at the County Ground are not suitable for people with limited mobility, such as wheelchair users. However, plans are in place for when the stadium is redeveloped to make accessibility easier for our disabled supporters.

Away wheelchair users
Wheelchair spaces remain the same, in front of the away supporters in the Arkell's stand to ensure all visiting fans are kept together when visiting the County Ground.

Bad Weather
Swindon Town has both blankets on cold days and fully waterproof ponchos on wet days available for both home and away supporters, free of charge, please contact the DLO -james@swindontownfc.co.uk or a Steward.

As we did last season, we have reverted back to our original prices for disabled season tickets, which sees those aged between 22 and 64 charged a concessionary rate – the same as those aged over 65 and students.

You can purchase yours for £290 under our ‘early bird’ offer, which will rise to £305 from Sunday 30 April.

Disabled fans under 22 will pay an age-related price.

It’s also important to add that any disabled fan attending a home match can still bring carer with them free of charge.
